Dental Prosthetics
Dental prosthetics are a highly effective solution for those looking to restore damaged or missing teeth and their alignment. We select the most appropriate prosthetic method and materials based on the patient’s needs.
Which dentures should I choose?
There is a very wide selection of dentures. Both the materials and the prices vary.
METAL CERAMICS
Advantages:
- These dentures are extremely popular. They are durable and functional;
- They are relatively inexpensive;
Disadvantages:
- Compared to natural teeth, they are grayer and lack the translucency typical of teeth. They are more suitable for use in molar dentures;
ZIRCON
Advantages:
- Recognized by experts as the most innovative prosthetic solution;
- Zirconia prosthetics offer the best aesthetic properties;
- Do not cause gum inflammation;
- Extremely resistant to wear and tear;
Disadvantages:
- Compared to other prosthetic methods, it is more expensive;
METAL-CERAMIC RESTORATIONS (GLASS CERAMICS, E-MAX, ZIRCONIA CERAMICS)
Advantages:
- Recognized by experts as the most innovative prosthetic solution;
- Zirconia prosthetics offer the best aesthetic properties;
- Do not cause gum inflammation;
- Extremely resistant to wear and tear;
Disadvantages:
- Compared to other prosthetic methods, it is more expensive;
Removable dentures
Removable dentures can be used as a temporary or permanent replacement for teeth. These are custom-made dental restorations that need to be removed and cleaned periodically. They are inexpensive and quick to make, but are often perceived as the only option.
Next-generation solutions
There is still a misconception that implant-supported dentures are a complicated and expensive procedure. We recommend Swiss quality to our patients: the latest generation of implant-supported dentures. Choose a new-generation prosthetic solution today instead of cumbersome removable dentures, and your quality of life will be restored with a broad smile.
The dental restoration process
All you need to do is come in, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll take an X-ray and assess whether the tooth root is healthy and strong enough to support a crown. If necessary, root canal (endodontic) treatment is performed. Finally, precise dental impressions are taken, which are used to fabricate the dental crowns. These crowns are used to restore the tooth.
Smile with confidence and regain your self-confidence!
